Hearing You Loud and Clear

At Texas Steakhouse, we know that our success depends on serving great food at a great value. We also realize that in order to continue exceeding our guests’ expectations, we need to know how we’re doing. Thanks to a revolutionary new guest feedback system called Qore Analytics, you, our guest, now have a direct line to us so we can hear you loud and clear.

I know what you may be thinking, but Qore Analytics is not your average feedback system. Instead, it’s a remarkably simple online survey designed to capture the true experiences of our guests in less than five minutes time. It’s three simple questions, and then we ask you to rate us in areas of importance.

You see, unlike comment cards (where only the good comments seem to make it to the boss), or secret shopper programs (where the “secret” shopper’s identity is no secret at all), Qore Analytics provides us with honest, accurate, bulletproof data about how each one of our restaurants is performing.

And because the results of each guest survey are instantly available to the entire Texas Steakhouse chain-of command, Qore Analytics not only encourages accountability on our part – it requires it.

Furthermore, Qore Analytics was built to allow our managers to personally respond to each guest. This way we can let you know that we’ve heard what you have to say, that we appreciate your thoughts, and that we’re taking the necessary actions to further perfect your dining experience.

Qore Analytics is the comment box for the digital age; it turns every guest into a secret shopper; and it’s helping Texas Steakhouse earn, build and keep your loyalty like never before.

So next time you get home from a meal at Texas Steakhouse, take five minutes to let us know how we’re doing. We’ll even send you a $5.00 OFF coupon good for your next visit!

See ya in Texas!

I would love it if you had a smaller steak with the same marinade as the Marshall Dillion. You could call it Ms. Kitty.

$60 is a lot to pay in this economy for bad food. On a splurge, and hoping for a good family night out, we went to the Kanawha City WV location discovered that the shrimp had gone bad, there was no brown sugar for the baked potato (only cinnamon/sugar mix), and the rolls were only half baked. The last time I’d sworn never again, and yet my family talked me into it “just one more time”. Fed up with Texas Steak House.

We ordered the Queso, the menu says it is $4.99, but twice I have been charged $7.99 for it. The first time, I did not bring it to their attention, I just paid it. The last time I told them and I was told I received the large one. the menu does not say there are different sizes, I just pointed it out in the menu and told the waitress that was what I wanted so of course that is what I expected to pay for it. I’m sure a lot of people are being ripped off by them for charging for something that is not listed on the menu. They did correct it but it is embarrassing to have to ask them to correct something like that because I ordered what the menu said.

The last two times I have been there I also ordered one of the skillet meals and asked for the peppers and onions to be cooked well done. When I got my order they weren’t even cooked. I had to send it back twice to get it cooked done both times I ordered it. By the time I got my food my husband was finished so I had to eat alone. The second time I ordered and had to send it back twice I just decided before they brought it back to have them take it off of my ticket and let them keep it, because I didn’t go out to eat with my spouse to eat alone. I just came home and fixed me something to eat, rather than go through that again.

I will not be going back, there are enough other restaurants around here that don’t have a problem cooking your food the way you order it, and they don’t charge you more than what the menu says the food is. We go out to eat at least 4 times a week and we don’t have this problem at the other places.
