Are there any fees associated with the purchase of an eGift Card or Plastic a Gift Card?

No. There are no fees associated with Gift Cards. You will only be charged the face value of the Gift Card. eGift Cards are sent via email and incur no shipping charges.

Can I change the value of a Gift Card after I've paid for it?

Not at this time. Plastic Gift Cards can be reloaded at any Texas Steakhouse location.

May I cancel the purchase of an eGift Card or Plastic Gift Card?

Not at this time.

Which forms of payment do you accept?

VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

What is a credit card Security Code and why is it required?

To to protect you from unauthorized transactions, we require your credit card’s Security Code

  • MasterCard, VISA, and Discover: The Security Code is the 3-digit number printed on the signature panel on the back of your card. It immediately follows the account number.
  • American Express: The card Security Code (also referred to as the CID number) is printed above the imprinted card number on the front of the card (on either the left or right).

Can I purchase Texas Steakhouse or Sagebrush Steakhouse Gift Cards using Gift Cards I already have?

No. Texas Steakhouse and Sagebrush Steakhouse gift cards may not be used to purchase other Texas Steakhouse or Sagebrush Steakhouse gift cards.

When is my credit card charged for my purchase?

Your credit card is charged at the time of purchase.

May I purchase a Gift Card over the phone?

Phone orders are unavailable at this time. Gift Cards may be purchased online or at any Texas Steakhouse or Sagebrush Steakhouse location.

When is the eGift Card sent to the recipient?

The eGift Card alert message is sent to the recipient on the date you choose. The delivery date is pre-set to the current date, so if you do not select a different date, the alert message is sent on the same day as your purchase.

What are the shipping options?

eGift Card: eGift Cards will be sent via email.

Plastic Gift Card: All of our Plastic gift cards are shipped using USPS First Class mail free of charge.

Where can I ship my order?

Gift Cards may be shipped to valid street addresses within the United States or Canada serviced by the chosen shipping method.

When will my recipient receive their Gift Card?

eGift Card: Most eGift Cards are sent via email on the chosen delivery date, or for same-day delivery, within minutes of the purchase transaction with rare exceptions for payment processing.

Gift Card: Delivery times are determined by the Shipping Method selection. Orders are generally shipped within 3-4 business days.

Where can I use my eGift Card or Plastic Gift Card?

You can use your eGift Card or Plastic Gift Card at any Texas Steakhouse location or Sagebrush Steakhouse in Dunn.

Do I have to print my eGift Card? If so, do I need to print color?

You may show your eGift Card number on any smartphone device. If you choose to print, you do not need to print in color. Be sure to show or print your eGift Card and not your confirmation email.

When does the eGift Card or Plastic Gift Card expire?

There is no expiration date on your eGift Card or Plastic Gift Card.

Can I reload my eGift Card or Plastic Gift Card after I've spent the full value?

eGift Cards cannot be reloaded at this time. You may reload your Plastic Gift Card at any any Texas Steakhouse location or Sagebrush Steakhouse in Dunn.

How do I check the balance on my gift card?
